Most orders are processed and items are shipped within 2 business days after receipt of an order. Weekends and holidays are not considered shipping days. To estimate your delivery date, add the delivery time for the shipping method you select to the 2 days needed for order processing. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen, the season, and your distance from our fulfillment center in Maryland.  Processing times are based on items selected being in stock.  If items are not in stock, the selected shipping method on your order will be used when the items are available for shipment.

Our standard shipping method is USPS.  Most purchases are shipped from our Maryland location via USPS will arrive 7 to 10 business days of receipt of the order. For an additional charge we offer UPS Ground, 3-Day, and 2-Day shipping options.

Packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via USPS 2 or 3-Day Priority Mail.  In the event of a delay, we will send you an email.  We can ship to customers in Canada. Please email us and we can give you an estimate of the shipping cost. We regret that we cannot ship to any other foreign countries at this time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Cool Kits 4 Kids, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied.  Our return policy is simple. If you aren’t happy, we want to hear why. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping costs, or for a store credit or exchange*. We do not accept returns after 14 days from receipt of purchase.* Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund. Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.

Items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 days of receiving your return authorization. Repack the merchandise in the original packaging, if possible, with all tags in place. Items must also come from a non-smoking environment.
